Proxy Not Working
Timeouts on 8088/1080 from home broadband are ISP filters. Port 443 CONNECT is the supported path. Do not TLS to 443 as if it were the website.

- Host = dashboard allocation, not algo-ip.in
- Port 443
- Username/password from dashboard
- HTTP CONNECT, not HTTPS-to-proxy
