Refund Policy — SliceIP

Overview

SliceIP sells prepaid dedicated static IP subscriptions. Because each IP is reserved exclusively for your account, refunds are limited as described below.

Eligible refunds

• **Duplicate charge:** Full refund of the duplicate amount within 7 days.
• **Service not provisioned:** Full refund if we fail to allocate your dedicated IP within 48 hours of verified payment and KYC.
• **Extended outage:** Pro-rata credit to wallet if your dedicated egress IP is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure (not broker-side blocks).

Non-refundable

• IPs already allocated and credentials delivered.
• Change of mind after whitelisting on your broker.
• Suspension for Acceptable Use Policy violations or fraudulent KYC.
• Partial months on monthly plans (no daily pro-rata cash refund unless required by law).

IP lifecycle on cancellation

On expiry or cancellation, your IP is released after the grace period and may be reassigned. Remove the IP from broker whitelists promptly.

Email support@algo-ip.in with payment ID, account email, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
