• Account: name, email, company, GSTIN
• KYC: Aadhaar number, PAN, document files (object storage)
• Usage: allocation metadata, wallet transactions, audit logs, IP health probes

Purpose

Identity verification, billing (GST invoices), service delivery, abuse prevention, legal compliance.

Retention

See Data Retention Policy. KYC docs retained while account is active + statutory period after closure.

Sharing

Payment processors (Razorpay), hosting providers, and law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
