TradingView — Webhook In, Static IP Out
TradingView hits your server. Your server then calls Zerodha or Dhan. The broker sees the server’s egress — that is what you whitelist, not TradingView’s IPs.

- Outbound API via Algo-IP HOST:443

Do not whitelist TradingView
Those addresses are not yours and they change. Whitelist the Algo-IP IPv4 on the broker.
